By creating an account on this website (Miss MySpace USA), the model is giving permission to Third Base Productions, LLC to utilize any or all pictures in our banners, our marketing collateral, or any other promotional tools Third Base Productions deems appropriate. Third Base Productions has exclusive use of: photographs, video, electronic and digital reproductions to promote Miss Myspace USA.
From the date that the model creates an account, the participating model does hereby grant, release, and assign to Third Base Productions any and all claims of right whatsoever in and to all photographs and/or videos.
The model also confirms that she has the right to enter into this Agreement, that she is not restricted by any commitments to any parties, and that Third Base Productions has no financial commitment or obligations as a result of this agreement.
If the model wishes to have the pictures removed from our site, our banner, or any of our marketing collateral, please provide a written email regarding this issue. While Third Base Productions cannot make any guarantees that all the pictures already created on banners will be immediately removed or ever removed from circulation, we will not utilize your images in any future marketing collateral that may be developed, and we will work to accommodate your requests. The model accepts that Third Base Productions is not responsible for already created banners and marketing collateral that shows her likeness and has already been released to the internet.
By posting pictures on the his website, the model claims that she has the rights to the pictures, the rights to post the pictures, grants Third Base Productions permission to use the pictures, and holds Third Base Productions harmless from any liability issues that may arise from a third party that claims ownership of the pictures and/or copyright.
